Celero raises $275M at $3B valuation, tackling AI data center bottlenecks

Celero Communications raised $275 million in a new funding round. The investment values the AI networking chip startup at more than $3 billion.

Atreides Management, Valor Equity Partners, and Alphabet’s CapitalG led the financing.

Founded in 2024, Celero develops specialized coherent digital signal processors (DSPs). The technology enables high-bandwidth, low-power optical connections between distant data centers. These chips address critical bottlenecks required to scale large AI models.
