Google Cloud and private equity firm EQT launched a strategic partnership to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption. The deal provides over 300 EQT portfolio companies access to Google’s Gemini Enterprise Agent platform and cybersecurity services. These companies span multiple sectors, including healthcare and enterprise software.

Participating firms will receive early access to specific Google Cloud AI products. Google engineers will collaborate directly with EQT’s internal AI transformation team to facilitate implementation. Portfolio companies also gain access to Google Cloud’s partner network, including Accenture, Deloitte, and KPMG.

The agreement allows EQT’s software companies to market their products on the Google Cloud marketplace. This partnership follows similar Google Cloud deals with Vista Equity Partners and Thoma Bravo to expand its generative AI enterprise footprint.
