Alphabet’s Google entered a cloud services agreement to pay SpaceX $920 million per month, according to a regulatory filing.

The contract secures high-demand computing power from October 2026 through mid-2029.

Google will access capacity for approximately 110,000 Nvidia GPUs, along with CPUs and other hardware components.

The deal highlights the aggressive industry race to build infrastructure for artificial intelligence development.

Payments will increase at reduced rates until the full monthly fee begins in September 2026.

Either company can terminate the agreement with 90 days' notice after the end of 2026.
