GSK plc signed an exclusive global licensing agreement with Japan-based Chugai Pharmaceutical Co Ltd. GSK acquired the rights to develop, manufacture, and commercialize the AID351 dengue virus antibody.
GSK will manage the clinical development program, beginning with phase one trials. Chugai will receive royalty payments and a share of any future sublicensing revenue.
The partnership combines Chugai’s technology with GSK’s commercial scale to accelerate dengue fever treatments.
