The Home Depot subsidiary SRS Distribution Inc. has finalized its acquisition of Mingledorff's, LLC. Mingledorff's operates as a major wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment across the southeastern United States. This transaction adds a new HVAC distribution vertical to the SRS portfolio.
The deal was originally announced in March 2026. It complements existing SRS specialty trade distribution in roofing, building, and landscape products.
This strategic move aims to capture a larger share of the professional contractor market. The acquisition expands Home Depot’s total addressable market by approximately $100 billion. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
