Hims & Hers Health Inc. is expanding into peptides and wellness products, according to a report from The Washington Post. CEO Andrew Dudum plans to enter the market for short-chain amino acids popular with bodybuilders and longevity advocates. The company aims to mainstream these products through domestic sourcing and extensive marketing.
This shift follows significant revenue growth from compounded GLP-1 weight-loss drugs. That venture faced an FDA warning letter and a lawsuit from Novo Nordisk. Novo Nordisk dropped the legal action after Hims & Hers agreed to sell the brand-name version of the medication.
The company has been preparing for this expansion since purchasing a manufacturing plant in February 2025. This facility will research peptides for various health optimizations.
