Robinhood Markets (HOOD) reported record financial results for the second quarter of 2026 that exceeded analyst estimates.

Revenue climbed 32% year-over-year to reach $1.31 billion. Diluted earnings per share rose 48% to $0.62. Equities and options trading drove significant growth in transaction-based revenues.

The company attracted a record $22 billion in net deposits during the quarter. Total platform assets increased 32% over the previous year to $369 billion. The number of Gold subscribers grew 39% to 4.8 million.

Cryptocurrency revenue declined 38% during the period. Robinhood lowered its full-year expense outlook following the strong results.
