Harrow Health reported positive results from an investigator-initiated study of its IHEEZO ophthalmic gel. The study evaluated patients receiving same-day bilateral intravitreal injections. Eyes treated with IHEEZO experienced approximately 58% less overall discomfort compared to those treated with the common anesthetic proparacaine.

The study showed statistically significant reductions in patient-reported pain at all measured time points over 24 hours. These findings support physician confidence in IHEEZO for patients requiring frequent retinal injections. The data strengthens the clinical profile of a key Harrow commercial asset.
