Infobird Co., Ltd appointed Yaqing Wei as Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of the Board of Directors on August 24, 2026.
Wei also assumes roles as a director and member of the compensation, nomination, and governance committees. These appointments follow the resignation of Xiangyang Wen from his positions as CEO, chairperson, and director on the same date.
Wei brings prior management and marketing experience to the leadership team. Infobird entered into a formal employment agreement with Wei on August 24, 2026.
