Intel has broken ground on a Santa Clara, California campus expansion to accelerate U.S. manufacturing. The facility will produce EUV photomasks for next-generation 18A-P and 14A process nodes.

This project supports Intel’s strategy to expand foundry services for major technology clients. The expansion remains on track for its original mid-2026 completion schedule.

The project qualifies Intel for a 35% Investment Tax Credit for semiconductor projects. This federal incentive requires construction to begin before the end of 2026.
