Innoviz Technologies appointed Major General (Ret.) Yoav Har-Even to its Board of Directors, effective July 5, 2026. Har-Even previously served as President and CEO of Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, the developer of the Iron Dome.
The company plans to leverage Har-Even’s experience to expand its high-performance LiDAR technology into global military and security markets.
James Sheridan resigned from the board following the April 2026 expiration of an appointment right held by Perception Capital Partners.
