Inditex reached an agreement with the Comisiones Obreras (CCOO) union to raise salaries for its Spanish workforce.

The deal establishes a 4% annual increase in the Fixed Income Guarantee Inditex (GIFI) for 2026, 2027, and 2028.

A retroactive 4% adjustment applies to 2025.

The pact increases hourly rates for part-time employees and enhances compensation for Sundays and holidays.

New social benefits include aid for marriage, university studies, and interest-free personal loans.

This multi-year agreement ensures wage stability for a significant portion of the company's domestic employees.
