Definium Therapeutics announced its LSD-derived oral drug, DT120, met the primary endpoint in the Phase III VOYAGE trial for Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD).
The study demonstrated a statistically significant 5.4-point average decrease in Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAM-A) scores compared to placebo over 12 weeks. Therapeutic effects were observed as early as the second day and sustained throughout the study period.
This marks the second major late-stage success for DT120, following positive Phase III results in Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) in June 2026. The drug was well-tolerated, with most adverse events reported as mild-to-moderate and occurring on the day of dosing.
The positive data strengthens the outlook for the psychedelic medicine field. This sector is closely monitored by investors in biotech ETFs such as ARKG and XBI.
