Carl Icahn reduced his JetBlue Airways stake to 5.55%, according to a June 10, 2026, SEC filing. Icahn’s entities sold more than 4.3 million shares between June 1 and June 9. The position previously reached a high of 9.9%.

Icahn first invested in the airline in January 2024. He currently holds two seats on JetBlue’s board of directors.

JetBlue shares fell 2.3% in premarket trading on June 10. The decline follows Icahn's divestment and broader selling pressure across the airline sector. Geopolitical tensions are contributing to the industry-wide downturn.
