Judges Scientific plc reported a 21% revenue decline for the six months ended June 30, 2026. Order intake decreased by 11% compared to the first half of 2025.

The group attributed the weaker performance to the absence of a major Geotek expedition. Uncertainties in U.S. federal research funding and offshore wind project postponements also impacted results.

Eight subsidiary businesses achieved growth during the period. Management implemented cost-reduction measures to address the downturn. The group’s order book remains at 17.3 weeks.
