JFB Construction Holdings and XTEND will close their business combination on September 3, 2026. JFB stock will cease trading on the Nasdaq after the market close on that date.
The combined entity will be renamed XTEND AI Robotics, Inc. Common stock will begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on September 4, 2026. The company will trade under the new ticker symbol XTND.
The companies also completed the first deployment of an XOS-powered AtlasROVER ground robot to the Asia-Pacific region. This marks the first customer delivery since XTEND acquired Atlas.
