KBR secured a Workplace Services Management contract from the UK Ministry of Justice to oversee the national prison and probation estate. The agreement integrates KBR into the Ministry’s Property Transformation Programme to modernize existing facilities.
The contract features a five-year base term with options for two one-year extensions. Mobilization begins in the third quarter of 2026. Full service delivery starts on June 1, 2027.
KBR will utilize its proprietary VIAverse® platform for asset management and performance monitoring. The Mission Technology Solutions business will manage the project. This division is scheduled to spin off into an independent company called Trinzic in January 2027.
