CyrusOne is preparing for an initial public offering that could occur as early as 2027. Owners KKR and BlackRock’s Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP) have reportedly met with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley to discuss potential IPO roles. The private equity firms aim to monetize their investment through what could be one of the largest data center listings in recent years.

KKR and GIP previously took CyrusOne private in 2022 for approximately $15 billion, including debt. Surging demand for AI infrastructure and computing capacity is driving the push for a public market return. Specific details regarding the potential valuation or the total amount to be raised remain undecided.
