Jensen Investment Management, a firm known for its disciplined focus on high-quality companies with durable competitive advantages, reported a portfolio value of $4.13 billion for the period ending June 30, 2026. The firm's strategy centers on businesses that consistently generate a high return on equity for at least ten consecutive years. This filing reveals a significant rotation within its holdings, marked by trims in several mega-cap technology leaders and substantial additions to other high-conviction positions.

The most prominent trend was the reduction in several top technology holdings. While Alphabet (GOOGL) and Microsoft (MSFT) remain the firm's largest positions, Jensen significantly reduced its stakes in them, along with Apple (AAPL) and Meta Platforms (META). The manager also nearly eliminated its position in Intuit (INTU), a move the investment team attributed to concerns over "AI disruption, competitive advantages, and earnings predictability." These sales indicate a strategic reallocation of capital away from some of the market's largest names.

Conversely, Jensen made bold additions elsewhere. The firm more than quadrupled its stake in semiconductor equipment manufacturer KLA Corporation (KLAC), making it the sixth-largest holding. It also initiated a new position in business services company Cintas (CTAS), citing its strong fundamentals and attractive valuation. Other significant increases included boosts to holdings in Motorola Solutions (MSI), Amphenol (APH), and The TJX Companies (TJX), reflecting a clear shift of capital into these specific quality-growth names.
