KNOT Offshore Partners LP acquired the shuttle tanker Hedda Knutsen from Knutsen NYK Offshore Tankers for $113 million. The 2024-built vessel operates under a fixed-term charter with Petrobras in Brazil through November 2034. The net cash cost for the acquisition totals approximately $24.4 million after assuming existing debt.
The company also finalized a $225 million senior secured credit facility to refinance loans maturing in September 2026. This new financing extends the company’s debt maturity profile to June 2031. The facility provides KNOT Offshore Partners with increased financial flexibility.
