Kopin Corporation and Fabric.AI launched a Joint Steering Committee to commercialize their Neural I/o optical interconnect platform. Kopin CEO Michael Murray will chair the new committee. The platform leverages MicroLED technology to serve next-generation AI data centers.

The collaboration aims to align technical priorities with feedback from leading AI infrastructure companies. Both firms recently signed non-disclosure agreements with potential partners, including entities within the NVIDIA NVLink ecosystem.

The committee establishment signals a disciplined approach to advancing the Neural I/o platform. The companies scheduled the first public demonstration for CES 2027.
