Kennedy Wilson and Dutch pension fund manager APG formed a €2 billion joint venture. The partnership will develop and manage over 3,400 private rental homes in Ireland.
Kennedy Wilson acquired a minority stake in APG’s 1,100-unit Cherrywood portfolio in South Dublin. The venture will develop approximately 2,300 new homes across the Player Wills, Bailey Gibson, and Clonliffe sites.
Construction on over 700 units at the Player Wills site begins immediately. The project increases Kennedy Wilson’s total Irish residential portfolio to approximately 6,900 units.
