Lucid Group Senior Vice President of Engineering and Digital Emad Dlala has resigned. This departure marks the first major executive change since Silvio Napoli became CEO on June 1, 2026. Dlala joined the company in 2015 and led the development of core powertrain and vehicle engineering technologies.
Lucid confirmed the exit is part of an organizational transformation to accelerate innovation and execution. Vice President of Vehicle Engineering Vivek Attaluri and Vice President of Software Marc Solsona Palomar will now report directly to CEO Silvio Napoli. Dlala elected to leave the company to pursue other opportunities.
