Lucid Group announced its expansion into France. It formed an operational partnership with Emil Frey, one of Europe's largest automotive groups. Under the agreement, Lucid will maintain control of its brand, commercial strategy, and customer experience via its own import organization. Emil Frey France will provide operational and logistical support.
This move represents the latest step in the electric vehicle maker's European growth plans. France becomes its sixth market on the continent. Lucid will debut its Air sedan and Gravity SUV to French consumers. The debut occurs at the Paris Motor Show in October 2026. Lucid did not disclose specific details regarding pricing, delivery dates, or retail locations.
