Li Auto launched its revamped L6 extended-range SUV. The starting price remains unchanged at 249,800 yuan ($36,910), despite increased costs. The launch aims to revive sales, which recently slumped as consumers awaited the new model. Deliveries for the new L6 will begin within a week.
The L6 features Li Auto's new in-house developed Mach M100 assisted driving chip. This chip offers substantial computing power. It includes a larger 51 kWh battery. This increases the pure-electric range to 300 km (CLTC). This marks a significant boost from the previous model's 36.8 kWh battery. The vehicle is available in a single "Ultra" variant. This consolidates the previous "Pro" and "Max" options.
