Li Auto announced two new SUV models on Thursday to counter declining sales. CEO Li Xiang confirmed the September launch of the Li i9, the company’s first all-electric flagship family SUV and its largest model to date. The automaker will also debut a revamped Li L6 extended-range SUV on July 16.
The product rollout follows two consecutive months of year-over-year delivery declines. Li Auto reported a net loss for the first quarter of 2026. The company’s shares fell 3.63% in Hong Kong following the announcement.
