Lattice Semiconductor (NASDAQ: LSCC) has agreed to acquire firmware and infrastructure provider AMI for $1.65 billion. The transaction includes $1.0 billion in cash and approximately $650 million in Lattice common stock.
The acquisition strengthens Lattice’s offerings for the data center, cloud, and AI markets. AMI’s firmware expertise will integrate with Lattice’s programmable hardware to create a unified security and control platform.
Lattice expects the deal to be accretive to its non-GAAP gross margin, free cash flow, and EPS. The company aims to reach a $1 billion annual revenue run rate by the fourth quarter of 2026.
