Lantronix Inc. agreed to acquire the industrial IoT (IIoT) business assets of Vecima Networks Inc.
The transaction includes the Nero Global Tracking software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform.
The deal is expected to add approximately $5.3 million in total revenue.
Annual recurring revenue is projected to increase by $4.5 million.
Lantronix will gain approximately 125,000 asset tags under management.
Software and services are forecast to exceed 10% of total company revenue post-acquisition.
The move expands Lantronix's footprint in critical infrastructure monitoring for fleet, municipal, and industrial markets.
