3 E Network Technology Group (Nasdaq: MASK) secured a $1.2 million hardware sales agreement through its Hong Kong subsidiary. The contract requires the delivery of high-density, 16Gb enterprise-grade DDR4 memory chips to an undisclosed client.

This single order represents approximately 22% to 25% of the company's total annual revenue. 3 E Network reported fiscal year revenues between $4.8 million and $5.4 million.

CEO Dr. Tingjun Yang confirmed the company is expanding hardware sales to support ongoing R&D investments. Proceeds will fund the development of next-generation AI storage controllers and edge AI systems-on-chip.
