Microsoft is deploying its Copilot 365 AI assistant to all 743,000 Accenture employees. This agreement represents the largest enterprise deal for the product to date. Microsoft aims to increase paid adoption beyond the current 3% of its enterprise users. The company currently has 450 million enterprise users. The service costs $30 per month. Financial terms of the Accenture deal were not disclosed.
The full rollout follows a pilot program initiated in August 2023. A survey of 200,000 users showed 97% completed tasks faster. Approximately 53% of those surveyed reported significant productivity gains. This move expands a previous plan to cover 300,000 employees.
