ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) reported 150.31 billion yuan (~$22.4 billion) in revenue for the first half of 2026. This figure represents an 873.6% increase year-over-year.
The company posted a net profit of 77.61 billion yuan. This result reverses a 2.33 billion yuan loss from the same period one year earlier. Earnings significantly exceeded the company's internal forecasts.
This release marks CXMT’s first financial report since its July IPO. The chipmaker is currently China’s most valuable publicly traded company.
Surging global demand for high-performance AI memory chips drove the growth. Supply shortages and higher market prices further accelerated the financial gains.
