Micron Technology launched the $250 million Micron Ventures Paradigm Fund to partner with artificial intelligence developers. This investment vehicle marks the third and largest fund in the history of Micron Ventures.

The fund targets the entire AI technology stack, including model architectures, compute infrastructure, enterprise applications, and physical AI. Micron expects these partnerships to provide early insights into future memory and storage infrastructure needs.

Investment focus remains on four domains: model architecture, compute, AI-powered applications, and physical AI systems. The announcement coincides with a new patent infringement lawsuit from Netlist involving Micron’s DDR5 memory products.
