The company signed a 10-year, $2.6 billion fuel cell agreement with Bloom Energy. This partnership will deploy solid oxide systems to provide 328 MW of off-grid power. The deal targets Nebius’s expanding U.S. AI data centers to bypass grid interconnection delays.

Nebius will also raise on-demand cloud capacity prices by 29% starting June 1. Preemptible capacity rates will increase by 51% on the same date. Strong earnings from Nvidia provided additional upward momentum for the sector.
