Nigerian Exchange Group Plc (NGX Group) reported record financial results for the first half of 2026.

Revenue grew 118% year-on-year to ₦17.60 billion. Profit after tax increased 146% to ₦10.36 billion. Transaction fees rose 169% due to heightened market activity.

The Board of Directors approved an interim dividend of ₦1.30 per ordinary share. Chairman Alhaji (Dr.) Umaru Kwairanga attributed the payout to strong earnings and confidence in long-term prospects.

Total assets reached ₦75.87 billion as of June 30, 2026.
