Nano-X Imaging (NNOX) warned it lacks sufficient cash to fund operations for the next 12 months. The company issued a going concern notice alongside preliminary, unaudited Q2 2026 results.

Cash, equivalents, and deposits fell to approximately $31.4 million as of June 30, 2026. This represents a sharp decline from $60.0 million at the end of 2025.

Nano-X expects Q2 revenue between $4.0 million and $4.1 million. This marks an increase from $3.0 million during the same period last year.

Management is actively pursuing capital-raising efforts to finance future operations. The company provided no assurance that it will obtain the necessary funding. Nano-X is also evaluating potential impairment charges on specific assets.
