Nokia appointed Emma Falck as President of Mobile Infrastructure and a Group Leadership Team member. Her term begins September 1, 2026.
Falck joins from Siemens, where she serves as Executive Vice President for Products in the Smart Infrastructure Buildings division.
CEO Justin Hotard expects Falck’s transformation and operational leadership to drive Nokia's software-led infrastructure business. The company is integrating AI into its 5G Advanced and 6G networks.
Falck will work in Espoo, Finland. She reports directly to the CEO.
