ServiceNow acquired Israeli AI startup Sweep in a deal valued at hundreds of millions of dollars.

Sweep develops AI agents that operate across enterprise platforms including Salesforce and HubSpot. These capabilities will integrate into ServiceNow’s existing automation and workflow solutions.

This transaction follows ServiceNow’s recent purchase of another Israeli AI firm, ai.work. The move expands the company's portfolio of AI-focused acquisitions and technical capabilities.

ServiceNow shares climbed over 5% following the announcement. Investor optimism and broad positive sentiment across the enterprise AI software sector supported the rally.
