ServiceNow and Tech Mahindra expanded their multi-year partnership on August 20, 2026. The collaboration aims to accelerate enterprise-level AI adoption by moving businesses from pilot programs to full-scale production. The companies will combine ServiceNow’s AI Platform with Tech Mahindra’s implementation and transformation expertise.
Tech Mahindra will grow its global ServiceNow practice and establish a dedicated AI & Innovation Center of Excellence. This center focuses on deploying ServiceNow’s AI capabilities, including the AI Control Tower and EmployeeWorks.
The partnership will develop industry-specific AI solutions for manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial services. These tools aim to drive faster digital transformation and cost optimization for clients. ServiceNow’s AI business recently surpassed $1 billion in annual contract value.
