ServiceNow outlined a long-term financial strategy ahead of its Knowledge 2026 conference. The company targets over $30 billion in subscription revenue by 2030. This goal marks a significant increase from the projected $15.7 billion in 2026.

Management presented the outlook to analysts to position AI as a growth driver rather than a business threat. The flagship Now Assist product surpassed $750 million in annual contract value (ACV) during the first quarter of 2026. ServiceNow expects Now Assist ACV to exceed $1.5 billion by the end of the year. The company projects AI will account for more than 30% of total ACV by 2030.

Management also addressed concerns regarding AI eroding profitability. The company aims to reach a Rule of 60+ by 2030. This metric combines revenue growth and free cash flow margins.
