Energy Vault Holdings secured 275 MW of reciprocating engine generation capacity from Rolls-Royce MTU. This equipment will support power infrastructure for hyperscale AI and high-performance computing campuses. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in the second half of 2027.

Eagle Point Credit Management provided dedicated equipment financing for the procurement. This move limits the use of Energy Vault’s corporate capital before project deployment. The strategy addresses critical industry hurdles regarding equipment availability and access to capital.

The company will integrate the generation capacity with its existing battery energy storage systems. Advanced power controls will manage the combined infrastructure.
