Hark raised $700 million in an oversubscribed Series A funding round. The investment values the AI startup at $6 billion. Parkway Venture Capital led the round with participation from NVIDIA, Intel Capital, and Salesforce Ventures.

Serial entrepreneur Brett Adcock, who also founded Figure AI, launched the lab to develop advanced personalized intelligence. The company aims to create a universal interface between humans and machines. Hark uses a vertically integrated approach to build proprietary foundation models, software, and custom hardware.

The funding will accelerate the development of agentic systems designed to anticipate user needs. Hark expects to release its first AI models this summer. AI-native hardware devices will follow the initial software launch.
