Nvidia has reached an agreement to provide financial backing exceeding $100 billion for a major new OpenAI data center located in Ohio. According to reporting from the Financial Times, the semiconductor giant will offer credit support specifically for the facility's land acquisition, power infrastructure, and structural shell.
The total value of this credit support is capped at $105 billion. This arrangement establishes Nvidia as a primary financier for the physical infrastructure required to house OpenAI's expanding computational operations.
