RadixArk raised $100 million in a seed funding round. The investment values the startup at $400 million. Accel and Spark Capital co-led the financing.

Nvidia’s venture arm, NVentures, participated in the round. Broadcom CEO Hock Tan also joined as an investor. Former xAI engineer Ying Sheng founded the company.

RadixArk is commercializing SGLang, an open-source engine from a UC Berkeley lab. The software functions as a middle layer between AI models and hardware.

The technology reuses processed information to reduce computing power needs. This system makes running AI models more efficient and less expensive.
