NVIDIA is partnering with Firmus Technologies and DayOne to build an AI data center campus in Batam, Indonesia. This project provides smaller AI developers and startups with high-performance computing access.
The Nvidia DSX AI Factory campus will feature a 360-megawatt capacity. The facility plans to procure 170,000 NVIDIA AI GPUs through 2028. Firmus Technologies projects the site will generate $25 billion to $30 billion in revenue within its first six years.
This initiative marks NVIDIA's strategy to expand its reach beyond major hyperscalers. It enables a broader ecosystem of AI-native firms to utilize its infrastructure.
