The complaint alleges that Navitas executives, including the CEO, took confidential data regarding Gallium Nitride (GaN) power semiconductors. This technology serves as a critical component for AI data centers.
Renesas claims Navitas used stolen presentations to mirror its strategic plans and target the same customers. The GaN chip market is projected to reach $3 billion by 2030.
Renesas is seeking unspecified monetary damages. The company also requests a court order to block Navitas from using the allegedly stolen secrets.
