Oklo Inc. (NYSE: OKLO) and Centrus Energy Corp. (NYSE: LEU) signed a Letter of Intent for High-Assay, Low-Enriched Uranium (HALEU) supply. Centrus will provide domestically sourced fuel to power up to five Aurora powerhouses for multiple years.
The agreement supports Oklo’s planned 1.2-gigawatt clean energy campus in Southern Ohio. Fuel deliveries from the American Centrifuge Plant in Pike County, Ohio, are scheduled to begin in 2029.
This arrangement represents one of the first large-scale commercial HALEU supply agreements for advanced nuclear reactors. The deal aims to strengthen the domestic fuel chain in a sector currently constrained by limited fuel access. The agreement may include prepayments from Oklo and remains subject to a definitive contract.
