Ondas Holdings acquired autonomous aircraft manufacturer DZYNE Technologies in a transaction valued at approximately $875.8 million. The deal includes a $200 million cash payment. Ondas will also issue approximately 85 million shares to complete the purchase.
This acquisition expands the company’s capabilities in intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), counter-UAS, and precision strike systems. Ondas will merge DZYNE with its World View asset to form a new business unit called Ondas Sentinel.
DZYNE expects to generate $191 million in revenue in 2026. The subsidiary also expects to be EBITDA positive by that year. Ondas previously forecasted 2026 revenue at $390 million. The company now expects total 2026 revenue to reach at least $525 million.
