Pan African Resources issued 102,641,421 new ordinary shares to complete its acquisition of Emmerson Resources. This issuance settles the share-based consideration for the court-approved transaction.
The new shares will begin trading on the London and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges around July 1, 2026. Following this issuance, Pan African’s total share capital will increase to 2,436,312,950 ordinary shares.
Shareholders may use this new total to determine notification requirements under FCA voting rights rules. The acquisition consolidates Pan African’s strategic position in the Tennant Creek mineral field.
