UiPath Beats Q2 Revenue Estimates, Nears $2 Billion Annualized Recurring Revenue

UiPath (NYSE: PATH) reported revenue of $410 million for the second quarter of fiscal 2027. This figure represents a 13% year-over-year increase and exceeds the consensus estimate of $398 million. Earnings per share reached $0.15, meeting analyst forecasts.

Annualized Recurring Revenue (ARR) grew 12% year-over-year to $1.938 billion. The company added $37 million in net new ARR during the quarter. UiPath reported a GAAP operating income of $32 million and a non-GAAP operating income of $89 million.
