Under the agreement, Penguin will provide its full-stack "AI Factory Platform." This platform includes design, compute hardware, and end-to-end services to build, deploy, and manage the infrastructure.
The collaboration addresses significant power consumption challenges in large-scale AI operations by using smaller, distributed data centers. This approach helps organizations deploy AI at scale more efficiently.
